2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our products and services in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing your order, you submit a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through our order confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All stated prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery time is generally 2–5 working days within Germany. Repairs will be returned after completion of the work or can be picked up.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to repair services that have been fully rendered at the express request of the customer.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. For repair services, we grant a 6-month warranty on the work performed and the spare parts used.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss that occurs in connection with repair work. We recommend creating a backup of your data before any repair.

8. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
